The last rodeo

 This past Saturday night I completed my eight and last year on the board for the Carroll County Sports Hall of Fame. The last five years I have had the privilege to serve as chairman and it has been one of the highlights of my sports career to serve.

 I have had the privilege of watching a lot of great athletes walk to the podium to accept their induction into the CCSHOF. I have listened to the stories that have been told about their playing careers and the joy that shown on their faces as they accepted their plaques indicating induction into the CCSHOF.
