ESTATE OF: KEMP DELAND LINDSEY, LATE OF CARROLL COUNTY, TENNESSEE.
Notice is hereby given that on the 18TH day of JUNE, 2026, Letters Testamentary, of Administration, in respect to the Estate of KEMP DELAND LINDSEY deceased, who died APRIL 29TH, 2026, were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court Clerk and Master of Carroll County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the Estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above-named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred:

(1)   (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors at least sixty (60) days before date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or

(B) Sixty (60) days from the date the creditor received an actual copy of the Notice to Creditors, if the creditor received a copy of the notice less than sixty (60) days prior to the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting) as described in (1) (A); or

BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

The Huntingdon Municipal Board of Zoning Appeals does hereby give public notice of a called meeting to be held at Huntingdon Town Hall, Monday, the 27th day of July, 2026 at 11:30 AM.  The purpose of the meeting is to consider approval of a home occupation as a use on appeal at 121 Green Acres Drive.

Copies of the requests may be viewed at the office of the Town Recorder, during normal business hours.  All interested parties are invited and encouraged to attend.

A special meeting of the Huntingdon Beer Board has been called for 5:15 P.M., Tuesday, July 28, 2026, in the council room of the Huntingdon City Hall, 19810 Main Street East, Huntingdon, Tennessee.

The purpose of this called meeting is to consider an application filed by Martin and Bayley, Inc., d/b/a Huck’s #385, 23 Veterans Drive North, Huntingdon, Tennessee, 38344, for a permit to sell beer at retail for off premise consumption, and to hold the required public hearing to receive input from concerned citizens, either oral or in writing, concerning the applicant and the application.
